In fact, unlocking him is considered one of the most challenging feats in the game.
So, how do you earn the right to party with Deadpool? You need to collect all 11 Deadpool Bricks, also known as Red Bricks. These hidden treasures are scattered across 11 bonus missions that become available after you conquer the main story mode.

‘Nuff Said (Marvel Headquarters): Rearrange the distorted Deadpool picture in this mission and be rewarded with the Gold Brick Detector. Shiny!
Reptilian Ruckus (Reptopia): Use your Magnetic Power to crack open the metallic container and score an 8x multiplier.
Stranger Danger (Sanctum Sanctorum): This brick is a game-changer – the Minikit Detector. Use Telekinesis to grab a crate from the sand pit, assemble the pieces, and pull the grapple. Minikits, here we come!
House Party Protoco (Stark Tower): Piñatas aren’t just for birthday parties. Smash one open with Telekinesis and watch the candy (and a 10x multiplier) rain down. Deadpool approves.
The Thrill of the Chess (The Raft): Time to think like a symbiote. Use Venom to slither through the symbioteon on the left wall and snag the Token Detector. Now you can find those pesky tokens with ease.
Feeling Frisky (Fisk Towers): Time to break stuff! Use the Heat Beam to blast open the Golden Door, then flex your Telekinesis muscles on Kingpin’s portrait. That 6x multiplier will have Deadpool grinning from ear to ear (well, under the mask, at least).
Bro-Tunheim (N/A): This bonus mission may not have a location, but completing it unlocks the Main Character himself – a crucial step on your path to Deadpool.
Stunt Show Surprise (Circus): More magnets, more rewards! Open the metallic cage with your Magnetic Powers and attract a whole lot of studs – and the Attract Studs brick. Cha-ching!
Put Up Your Dukes (Fogwell Gym): Feeling pumped? Activate the control panel near Captain America to unlock the Fast Build power.
Tabloid Tidy Up (Daily Bugle): Arrange the trophies in the office and Deadpool will grant you a (4x) multiplier bonus.
A Shock Withdrawal (Federal Bank): Feeling generous? Re-jig the trophies in this mission for some sweet Ghost Studs, and Deadpool will reward you with his first brick.
