E.J. Bonilla, Frank Blake, Annie Shapero, Sebastián Buitrón and Luis Bordonada are set to star in the network’s Don Winslow adaptation, which has been ordered to pilot. Writer Daniel Zelman and director Jayro Bustamante are behind the project, “an epic saga that reveals the dark truths about America’s failed 50-year war on drugs,” which will also be executive produced by Winslow, Diego Gutierrez and Shane Salerno for FX Productions and Scott Free Productions. Anabel Hernández will serve as a consulting producer. Bonilla will play Art Keller, with Blake as Sean Callan, Shapero as Nora Hayden, Buitrón as Adan Barrera and Bordonada as Miguel Angel Barrera.
