About the Game

The original Disney Epic Mickey, developed by Warren Spector’s Junction Point Studios, launched for Wii in 2010. It sent Mickey Mouse on an adventure through a twisted world of forgotten Disney attractions. While the game didn’t quite reach the full potential of its concept art, it offered a unique mechanic with Mickey’s magic paintbrush. Players could use the brush to paint and erase objects in the environment, solving puzzles and exploring the world.

The game also featured a light morality system and is credited with reintroducing Oswald the Lucky Rabbit to a wider audience. While the platforming elements were sometimes clunky, the game’s weirdness and exploration of Disney’s lesser-known history won over many fans.

So, are you ready to join Mickey on a thrilling adventure through Wasteland? With its September release date and exciting pre-order options, Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is shaping up to be a must-have for Disney fans of all ages. Stay tuned for more updates as we approach the launch date!
