Star Wars fans were in for a treat at Star Wars Celebration Europe 2023, as Lucasfilm revealed the highly anticipated Ahsoka trailer, set to release on Disney+ in August 2023. Ahsoka’s Journey

Ahsoka Tano made her live-action debut in Chapter 13 of The Mandalorian, titled “The Jedi,†where the Mandalorian sought her out to train his ward, Grogu, in the ways of the Force. Despite declining to train Grogu, Ahsoka remained an ally to the Mandalorian and continued her search for Grand Admiral Thrawn.

The Ahsoka trailer opens with Ahsoka saying, “Something’s coming. Something dark. I sense it.” The trailer features exciting glimpses of action and story, including Ahsoka battling against droids, characters wielding red-bladed lightsabers, Mon Mothma, a rear shot of Grand Admiral Thrawn, and the ancient droid Huyang.
The trailer also features the return of Sabine Wren, voiced by Natasha Liu Bordizzo, and Hera Syndulla, played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead, along with Chopper, everyone’s favorite grumpy droid. The Ahsoka trailer expertly incorporates elements from the popular Star Wars Rebels animated series and The Mandalorian.

Rosario Dawson expertly portrays Ahsoka Tano, bringing the character to life in a new and exciting way. “I’m just really glad that she lived, that we’ve been able to continue growing with her,” Dawson told StarWars.com when taking on the role. “I think that she’s so special.”
