The expansion of Walt Disney’s World main shopping and entertainment district is expected to add more one-of-a-kind experiences that uniquely combine exhibits, dining, and shopping. This time, it looks like a new Coca-Cola experience is on the works at the Town Center in Disney Springs. According to John Frost of the Disney Blog, “When the model for Disney Springs was unveiled at the D23 Expo there was only a generic place holder for this building, so it was a little difficult to predict what would be opening there. With an outdoor deck that spirals around the building, the unique construction had me thinking of a restaurant of some kind, but it turns out a recently installed sign on the building exterior reveals it will be a version of the World of Coca-Cola Experience.”
Disney Springs is making fast progress on the construction of World of Coca-Cola, which is being built right next to Planet Hollywood, and next to the entrance from the Orange Parking Garage.
Though it is yet to be confirmed, there are speculations that attractions similar to that of the World of Coca Cola Headquarters in Atlanta will be offered. These include:
- Cool Coca-Cola merchandise
- Art displays
- Artifacts from 125 years of Coca-Cola history
- Coca-Cola Theater that shows a 6 minute film
- ‘Taste It!’, similar to Club Cool, featuring more than 100 beverages
- A meet ‘n’ greet with the Coca-Cola Polar Bear
What do you think? Will you try this one out?
