9 Clever Unknown Secrets in Disney Movies

motivation

If you’ve read anything ever written here you know that we love those little Disney Easter Eggs that the animators and storytellers are so wonderful at placing into films. But recently a little twist on the ‘Easter Egg’ theme was revealed by moviepilot.com, an awesome site that’s great at capturing lists regarding movies.

This particular list is titled ‘9 Super Clever Things In Disney Movies…’ And it does not disappoint in providing some incredible Disney trivia. Trust me, read these 9 things and it will change the way you look at some of the most iconic Disney movies. In a good way. [Warning: The list features a few words of strong language that may not be best suited for young readers.]

I’ll let you go read up about the 9 clever little secrets, but my favorite one may have to do with Mufasa’s title as ‘King of all the light touches’ in The Lion King. So. Good.

Thank you, Disney, for being filled with genius writers.

  1. This link was very interesting, but I have to admit it surprised me. If you have kids, don’t read the article with them – there was a LOT of cursing through out the article, including the F word. Since Disney is family oriented I was quite shocked to see these words. I was also shocked that this website promoted the article. Just my opinion.

    1. Our apologies on that. That was a bad oversight on our part. In trying to bring more opinion-based articles to the site as opposed to just news we’ve branched out to bringing in some of the interesting ‘lists.’ A content discretion should have been mentioned, and will be edited into the article. Once again, sorry for any trouble this caused.

  2. Yes, I noticed the same thing and quit reading immediately when I saw the “F” word at the bottom of the first listed movie for fear that it had been hacked or something. I am seriously considering unsubscribing to this site, since I usually forward fun Disney facts and things to my 12 year old daughter… good thing I read through them first! I would highly suggest removing MoviePilot from your sources. Very disappointing.
