What Are The Most Underrated Disney Movies Ever?

Chris Queen over at PJ Media made a fun article last week about the most underrated Disney movies. Here is Chris’s top 10:

10. Fantasia
9. The Black Cauldron
8. Wreck-It-Ralph (How can this possibly be ‘underrated’? It was a ridiculous success, and we all realize its genius.)
7. Mulan
6. The Princess and the Frog
5. The Rescuers
4. The Sword and the Stone (Good call here. It is one of the best Disney classics.)
3. Robin Hood (Same as above. Timeless.)
2. The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad
1. Dumbo

Not sure how Dumbo tops the list. Charming? Yes. But it is already revered. When I think of underrated I envision the overlooked or less-cherished film; the diamond in the rough. To me this could very well be The Lone Ranger. Haha, just checking to see if you’re with me. That’s not it. Something more like, say…Oliver and CompanyThe Great Mouse Detective, or The Fox and the Hound. My number one would be Lady and the Tramp. It’s iconic for one primary scene (meatballs, anyone?), but still sits in the shadow of the classics from the 50’s and 60’s.
