Samuel L. Jackson Wants in on ‘Star Wars: Episode 7’

How this would work, I’m not quite sure.

[SPOILER ALERT…kinda] In the middle of Episode 3, Revenge of the Sith, we saw Mace Windu (Samuel L. Jackson) get blown off into Coruscant by the Sith Lord, Darth Sidious (that’s my attempt to not really  give anything away, haha). It was assumed that was the end of Mace Windu, but according to Jackson, perhaps not.

We’ve already heard that Mark Hammill (Luke Skywalker), Carrie Fisher (Leia Organa), and Harrison Ford (Han Solo) all want in on the new trilogy. It would be easier for these three, though, than for Jackson since their characters appear in Episodes 4-6; Windu is in 2 and 3. But according to Jackson, “I just want to stay associated with the franchise. I always loved the idea of it. That there’s this whole civilization out there somewhere else that’s just as much fun and different and diverse and wild as we are.”

Personally, I hope this happens. Jackson makes Windu into one bad mamajama. And as more information is released on the upcoming Star Wars trilogy, we’ll be sure to let you know!
