Disney Tries to Duplicate Alice in Wonderland Success with Live Action Cinderella Movie

Grossing over $1 billion worldwide, Disney’s 2010 live action adaptation of “Alice in Wonderland” was a theatrical success.  Now, over 60 years after its initial release, rumor has it that the company is going to try and duplicate the success Alice enjoyed with a live action rendition of the classic tale of another leading lady…Cinderella.

This rendition of the film will have a slightly different direction from the original.  The story will focus on Cinderella stealing the Prince away from an arranged marriage.  Right now the script is being crafted by Aline Brosh McKenna (The Devil Wears Prada) and no casting choices have been made public.  Who do you think would make a good Cinderella?
