Disney says no to YouTube…for now.
YouTube has grand plans to start live streaming full length films on it’s behemoth website, but as of late three studios have given them the virtual finger.
Fox, Paramount and Disney have refused to deal. Disney would prefer to stick with “Pirates of the Caribbean” and not deal with pirates on the internet. This is all assumption of course as Disney has made no formal statement on why they haven’t partnered up with the Google-owned company.
Warner Brothers, Universal and Sony have all jumped on board the “video-on-demand” ship and are ready to tap into YouTube’s 130 million monthly user base. Ka Ching!
