User Reviews [Review this film]

"7 out of 10 . I absolutely love pixar movies. So, I couldn't wait for Wall-E to come out. The teasers were very funny and though that humor was going to carry over to the movie. But it didn't. The animation, as always, was fantastic. OK, jaw-dropping awesome. However, the characters lacked everything they didn't in all the other Pixar movies. The first hour of the movie reminded me of Castaway. Wall-E just rode around and did stuff. No many laughs and very little dialogue. My kids got bored quick. While the overall plot was engaging, it just wasn't funny. The funniest things were in the teasers, but those things were not in the movie." --Jason

"10 out of 10. WALL-E will go down in history as one of the Disney Classics." --Steve Yim

"2 out of 10. I thought this movie was so depressing. Two of my friends and I watched it and thought it was a dark movie. We felt it really wasn't designed for kids. The animation in the galaxy was pretty good, but the characters (overweight people and their lifestyle) were disturbing. Also, I didn't like the "fictitious" aspect of the earth being filled with cans and other non-decomposing items and having them compacted into towers or buildings in NYC. I can understand the controversy, even though I'm very liberal; I still feel this movie was disturbing and sad." --Jackie
