Movie Description
Creative and fashion-minded teen Kelly (Hillary Duff) is about to have her colorful and artistic world exchanged for olive drab and boot camp when her mother marries an army captain at George Washington Military Academy. Clumsy Kelly seems to be fighting a losing battle to fit in when she buts heads with Cadet Captain Stone (Christy Carlson Romano) and ends up being court-martialed. Kelly takes her sentence as equipment manager for the Academy’s drill team as an opportunity to express her creativity and form a bond with her stepfather.
